I am assuming that the poser of the question has not confused organic with biological. Any basic chemistry text will tell you that organic pertains to carbon compounds, while inorganic pertains to compounds composed of elements comprising the rest of the periodic table.

Organic evidence: most drugs and toxic agents, ignitable liquid residues, biological fluids and stains

Inorganic evidence: glass, metals (e.g. bullets), primer residues, metallic poisons (arsenic, thallium)
