Organic vs. Inorganic

You are not alone, I cannot find much information on the subject myself. I have same assignment also, that is due by Monday Feb. 2. I am just going to do the best that I can.

it's basic basic
by: WFR

I am assuming that the poser of the question has not confused organic with biological. Any basic chemistry text will tell you that organic pertains to carbon compounds, while inorganic pertains to compounds composed of elements comprising the rest of the periodic table.

Organic evidence: most drugs and toxic agents, ignitable liquid residues, biological fluids and stains

Inorganic evidence: glass, metals (e.g. bullets), primer residues, metallic poisons (arsenic, thallium)
