Forensic Entomology
by: Chris Crabtree

Hey Zach thats a great career your going for man, I too am also very interested in becoming a forensic entomologist. Forensic Entomology is not a full-time job and as such very few work full time as a forensic entomologist, most are affiliated with colleges and work as professors/consultants for the police.

The wages vary but can be between $40k - 140K and possibly more depending on how many cases you handle a year.

Check out www.forensicentomologist.org to see the requirements to become board certified because if you do your pay will increase significantly and also the amount of cases you work as well

hope this helps
