If a body was buried in cement and discovered 20 years later - (Given a Houston climate and body buried in late winter)

1. What condition would the remains be in when found?

2. What types of tests would the ME's office perform to determine cause of death and the identity of the deceased?

3. Would it make a difference if the body was buried as is vs buried in a bag, sack, or some other type of enclosed material?
