The Use of Pig Models in Forensic Research

I am a MSc Forensic Archaeology student writing my thesis. I am researching how bone surface morphology is altered by exposure to marine water. I need to find papers relating to the effectiveness of using pig models in forensic research (their similarity with cortical bone thickness etc). Can anyone suggest any?
