Post Mortem Changes in Hair Colour

I am looking for scientific articles on post mortem changes in hair colour due to high acidity/ammonia in bodily fluids. I saw something on Television about a woman who was placed in a wooden crate in a garage. She was partially mummified when investigators found her.

She had a pink type dress on. Her hair was normally almost black, but parts of it had been bleached to the point where it was orange, and in some places blond. The dye from her dress had even transferred the pink colour on parts where it was blond. Curriously, it had also slightly changed the texture from kinky to wavy. Any links to websites, or journal/book sources would be fantastic.

Thank you.
