Forensic Toxicology Pulmonary Embolism Question

My boyfriend, age 45, has had a history of unusual conditions during the last 5 or so years of his marriage. While discussing, I wondered if he was being poisoned by a common chemical or drug. His mom and brother wondered the same during the time.

The following is a list of conditions, in no particular order:

Beign tumor behind left ear (tumor removed).

Tumor in adrenal gland that burst.

Pancreatitis attack (gall bladder then removed).

Pulmonary embolisms with no sign of origin for the clots (caught in time; almost caused death).

Since his separation and divorce from his ex-wife, he has had no other attacks, tumors or hospitalizations.

Thank you for any information you may have.
