I'm interested in becoming a medical examiner. I'm currently 22 and when I was 15 I was charged with assault but the case was Closed Without a Finding.

I understand that a career in Forensic Science is involved in the justice system. Since it's sealed and I wasn't found guilty (even though I plead so) does it still constitute as a criminal record? What about speeding tickets? Does anyone who goes to court for anything, even if found "not guilty" have a criminal record?
