When a person writes a forged letter while high or intoxicated, and the letter is under investigation in court; will the judge, ask the suspect to write an example of their hand writing, give him or her that drug or drink he had taken while writing to try and match his hand writing with the document?

If so does the court force him or her to take the drug, or alcohol or is it by his own will?
